[MCL-13552] Launcher does not work

I just bought a game yesterday and still can’t run it. This is all what I see. I run the launcher and nothing happens

This fix worked to me
Right click shortcut or MinecraftLauncher.exe, go to compatibility tab and make sure Windows XP is not set. Windows XP is not supported anymore.
