Basically i use twitch to play modpacks and i press play and it shows my main minecraft launcher not twitch's one made for the pack so i manually go in task manager and then close it down fully then i open again and it works! 🙂 but then i press play in minecraft it says i'm already playing the game...... but i'm not so i go to close down the hidden java task but its not there! it was in the launcher so i close both of the java tasks i see and when i do it says on the launcher your game crashed but it was never showing anything then i press play it says same error of "you already playing" but i'm not and if i press continue nothing shows :| please help 🙂 (edit: is it just me if so how do i fix it? edit2: it also happens on normal minecraft)

Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.
