Whenever someone open the Minecraft Launcher, it always opens on the secondary monitor. I've attempted to force it on the primary monitor, however with little success.

Hello there! There are two display panels.
1st is Windows Display Panel.
2nd is Graphic Card Display Panel.
Are both display panels set in to your preferred settings?
Also, could you try to change settings on both, so for the Windows Display Panel the main monitor is the one you normally use and for the Graphic Card Display Panel make a main monitor the one you would like for displaying the Launcher? I have managed to get the result you are writing about with this change.
Maybe this could help.

I'm also getting this bug.
I noticed that it happens only if the secondary monitor is set to be above the primary monitor. If I go in the Display Settings and make the secondary monitor be next to the primary monitor (like, on the right, for instance), then it works as intended (i.e. the launcher starts on the primary monitor).
