I am not sure if this can be considered a bug, but with the new launcher, I have noticed that whenever I open it, it always goes to my 2nd screen (which is not my MAIN screen) and it seems to also always open it almost in full screen.

Mine isn't like that at all. Mine works perfectly fine, it just starts up on the second screen, I don't know why, and almost fullscreen, compared to when it was small and centered.
