Unable to Update Native Minecraft Dungeons Launcher

I realize that there are other bugs that look the exact same as this but this one is different because nothing that has been suggested has fixed my issue. I have tried reinstalling, uninstalling, repairing, uninstalled Norton, deleted all of my Xbox credentials on my desktop, checked my disk, changed my DNS, and nothing has changed. The only thing I can think of to do now is to reinstall windows. I have not been able to play Minecraft Dungeons since early July.
