[MCL-14990] Unable to play realms

Whenever i try to launch minecraft, it tries to make my play in offline mode.
and if i do manage to get online then it wont let me access realms and comes up with the message 'invalid sessin, try restarting minecraft'

my minecraft always worked, now its been a few days since my minecraft has issues with launching the game. I tried to do some fixs but it still won't launch
