Update: The authentication servers are back up again. If you still have this issue, close Minecraft and the Minecraft Launcher. If that doesn't solve the issue, try logging out of Minecraft in the Launcher and logging back in again.

I have tried logging in to servers on both the Minecraft launcher and Badlion. It keeps saying its an invalid session. I have restarted my game multiple times, updated and restarted my computer, updated my graphics driver, signed in and out on both launchers and it doesnt fix. I have done research online and it doesnt help. I cannot think of an issue on my behalf, as i have restarted a lot of things. This is the case on both 1.8.9 and 1.16.1

Happening to me too, Java multiplayer is bugged rn

I have had the same issue and from looking at the newest reports on the site I guess it is some sort of error with Mojang

Same here for older version, e.g. 1.15.2. Maybe the problem from the login mechanism

We do not provide any support for third-party software like Badlion.

guys i have same problem since i reset my pc and reinstall all versions and launchers but still say "invalid session"

 

This is still not working for me. I was able to connect to a server once but now get the "invalid session" message every time. I've tried restarting the Launcher, relogging in the Launcher, restarting my computer, and reinstalling the game without any success.
