[MCL-15061] Launcher made me sign in randomly and all worlds were deleted

I just copied my minecraft folder to the desktop and the launcher asked me to sign in again. I signed in but all my worlds were gone

You most likely moved your .minecraft folder out of where it was supposed to be placed. It contains a file that remembers your login (which is why you needed to sign in again) and your worlds (which is why they were all gone)

%APP_DATA%/.minecraft is where your folder needs to be. Your worlds and the tokens to stay logged in live in that location.
