[MCL-15104] Can't Play Minecraft

Hello:

I have a Dell G5S gaming laptop that is more than qualified to run Minecraft. I keep getting this error. It is not a modded launcher, and I have attempted to reinstall, multiple times. Please advise on what to do.

This looks like a duplicate of MCL-14369.
