What's a "Ninja Fix"?

A reupload of a newer version but with the same filename.

This is fixed, but there is a related issue (1.5.1): "Ready to download &" does not disappear during the same session when "Close launcher when game starts" is not selected. Should I create a new ticket or just ask for a renaming and reopening of this one?

Sooo... Is every occurence of "Ready to download and play" without actual updates a bug? Or is there a reason for it? It wasn't clear for me from the comments.
