dear minecraft here this is my 4th time trying to contact someone.. ill just keep making tickets till someone contacts me back..  

 

 again im still having issues with my gift card. i have sent pictures and i have explain everything..   someone contact me please.  ill just keep sending more..

As you have been told on your previous tickets, this is not an issue we can assist you with on the bug tracker here. The bug tracker is run almost completely by volunteers, and it focuses specifically on bugs with the game, launcher, or the website.

Your issue is an account/billing issue, and the folks at Mojang Support here can help you. Unlike on the bug tracker, they can help you with account issues since they have access to resources regarding account/billing issues.

Although it may take a bit of time to get a response, that is the only way that you can be assisted with an account/billing issue. Sorry about this!
