Enchantment table and skeleton skull still uses old texture

The enchantment table and skeleton skull in the Minecraft Launcher uses the old texture and can be seen by following the following steps:

1. Open the Minecraft Launcher

2. Go to the Installations tab

3. Press on the +New... button

4. The symbol at the top should have a drop down menu with all sorts of Minecraft blocks

5. The Enchantment Table and Skeleton Skull both use the old Minecraft texture
