We bought Minecraft Java a few hours ago but still can't get it to run. We've tried restarting the computer, uninstalling the launcher and redownloading a few times, relogging in, everything I could think of and it still doesn't recognize the purchase even though I got an email confirming the purchase. Every time we try to launch it, it either goes the the home screen and acts like its loading and then nothing happens or says its already running even though it is not.
