When changing the language of the Launcher and opening the Skins tab, it gives the message "Sorry! We could not load your skins." It requires the closing and opening of the Launcher to load your skins.

I'm unable to reproduce this issue in the latest version of the Launcher (macOS). Is this still an issue for you?
