Unable to duplicate/save skin.

So this only started happening yesterday while i was trying to upload a skin. I tried to upload but launcher said: "Unable to save skin." Does anybody have a fix for this? (custom scaling is off i have it on 100%)

Well it's not really 1 skin, it's for every new skin i try to upload
