[MCL-17345] Minecraft Launcher will not launch older snapshot versions after 21w11a update

Unable to click the play button the launcher for any snapshot version except for 21w11a. I tried to click the play button on all snapshot versions, none work except 21w11a

This is not the same as Issue MCL-17343, He having error messages when trying certain installations, I and others cannot even get the play button to push to launch games except current. Again we are not getting error messages, just nothing is happening.
