Ever since I have owned Minecraft I have had to deal with extremely slow download speeds, usually around 30kb/s. I have very fast internet and have changed ISPs multiple times so this can't be the problem, I have also had this problem on multiple computers and multiple of my friends also have this issue. It takes me over 30 minutes to download 300mb.
