When I was using Minecraft Launcher on my Windows DELL pc, I was trying to play minecraft JAVA Edition when it said "Sorry, something went terribly wrong and you probably encountered a bug. Please file a report here." Which prevented me from playing. It's so annoying, please fix it.

Yes, actually the bug has been reported, which titled "something went terribly wrong and you might have encountered a bug." But I checked, and apparently doesn't have enough information, so it's incomplete
