[MCL-184] Can harm your computer

When i try to download Snapshot 13w16a it comes up saying this can harm your computer. Can you help please.

As it says on the front page of the forum:
"IMPORTANT NOTES
You might get an "unsafe" warning when trying to download the launcher. Disregard this, it is safe!"

Please note that this is the default behavior on Windows for unsigned executables downloaded from the internet. You should not worry about this particular launcher, as it is safe, but do watch out for other executable files that show the warning. It is safe to run the MinecraftDev launcher.
