[MCL-1862] when i log on it says going on offline mode when im connected to the internet and i cant go to any servers!

when i try to go on a server it says Bad Login why is that i have a prenuim account i am online why does it say im offline?

its not a duplicate at all! the other person said he was going on prenuim
then non prenuim i was
going on a prenuim account the entire time and depending on which profile i
was going on
i would get a server error message saying bad login

Also, I forgot my passwod and i reset it i tried to use it and it didnt
