[MCL-18940] I just bought mc Java edition, downlaoded and installed it but has a "Whoops' error

Hi, I just bought the Java edition, im on Windows 10. I downloaded, updated, and installed the game. when I tried to launch it I got a "Whoops" error screen. how do I fix this?
