I bought minecraft java and installed it on my computer but there isn't a launching screen to start playing and instead there is a message saying that I probably encountered a bug and to report it here. The launching screen for minecraft dungeon as well as the installations, skins and patch notes seems to be working.

I did what you told me and it did not solve the problem, but I bought Minecraft Java with my Microsoft account and when I entered my account it tells me that I have to buy the game knowing that I bought the game the Java version and I have proof of that I want a solution to this problem or I want my money back
I also tried to recover the password from Mojang, but when I set the account to recover the password, I do not receive a message on my account
