[MCL-19537] Game Crash Exit Code -1 / missing/invalid public key

My pc has all the requirements to run this game perfectly well so I don't see an issue on that end but everytime I load the launcher and click play it seems to be working and then I get then my game completely crashes and I get an exit code -1 and states that I'm missing a public key, I just bought this game yesterday.

Try CTRL+R, %appdata% and if u have some world or ResourcePack, save it, (And then delete .minecraft).
Then next, reinstall Mincraft Launcher (From web profile).

did not seem to work although I dont know if i did it correctly, I havent even been able to play the game yet so I cant save a world.
