It all started when I migrated my Mojang account to Microsoft and then Minecraft Launcher started loading slow like it took 5 seconds but now 30 seconds. It is really annoying.

Hi there!
Please attach launcher_log.txt file.
Does this issue occur on the newest version of Launcher?
Do you use VPN or any of the incompatible software on machine you try to log-in? https://minecrafthopper.net/help/known-incompatible-software/

Hi!
Do you have Xbox app, Xbox companion app and Xbox identity provider?
Are you logged in with the same account in all of these?
Please also check dependencies section in Xbox apps 'settings' (If possible).
Also, yes, login process goes through Microsoft services.
You might want to check your internet settings, firewall settings and even antivirus.
You can also contact Community Support for assistance and refer to this ticket by providing a link.

Same issue on Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS, it took around 10 seconds with internet connection or below 2 seconds when offline.
It took slightly longer to launch the launcher than to launch Minecraft 1.19.2 and load a world, which is very frustrating as it used to be very fast, before the migration...
I don't have anything Xbox installed, unless the minecraft launcher provide them.

With the latest version of the Java Launcher, it tooks 10 seconds.
The non-Java one is unsupported.
Note that with MultiMC, it took 6 seconds, which is still a dozen times too slow, even more when compared to what Mojang account login used to take.

I don't use any kind of VPN
The only incompatible software I use is Discord, but the only difference when it is closed is that I have more free RAM. (as Discord use some)

It doesn't depends on the OS. Anyway, here a repro steps : Install the launcher in a fresh Ubuntu 22.04 lts install (with or without dual booting) and log to a Microsoft account (from the launcher).

None are supported, so I can't have any of them installed.
There is a recent post about it https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/xbox/forum/all/how-do-i-download-the-xbox-app-on-linux/02a3d73c-4e9f-4667-94c9-b6f9afb93271.

I am not logged to any Microsoft account on anything outside of the Java Launcher.
Let me know if I missed anything.
It's really annoying. And it 100% is because of migrating your account.
Using 2 different installations of Minecraft, 1 logged in with my migrated account and the other with the account that is still a Mojang account. The microsoft account takes ~20 seconds to load, the Mojang account is pretty much instant (does not see a loading animation at all).
I guess it has to do with connecting to the Microsoft services? Whatever the reason may be, it's pretty awful that this is the way it is.. considering it's always been great. Why force something that wasn't necessary if it's just gonna get worse for the players.
