I have been getting this problem since yesterday and i am getting really annoyed.
First i was logged in and it said "Play offline" instead of "Play" or "Start Minecraft", and at the bottom of the screen it said "Failed to connect to the Minecraft servers! Try again", clicked it; nothing happened. If i tried playing offline and connecting to a server it said "Failed to login: Invalid session (Try restarting your game)" so i tried logging out and logging back in on the launcher, but then i got this error: https://i.imgur.com/QzrZOXg.png
I've tried:
Restarting Minecraft
Restarting my computer
Logging out and back in (caused a worse problem)
Deleting the hosts file
Adding it to the home/private firewall thingy
Reinstalling Minecraft
I have searched for a whole day, and no results worked!
I have never used MCleaks or Alt Dispensers in my life, so i don't know what i did or what happened! I only use CurseForge and Technic Launcher (not so much anymore)
The day before it happened i had just downloaded some texture packs.
Can anybody help me?

I don't have a microsoft account tho.
And i cant really just, get windows 10. Don't have money for that rn.
creating the account is free. It take just a few minutes.
but to be honest, i really dont like to be forced this way. A simple message "Please migrate NOW" ist much better than getting this error and search some hours for a solution... 😞
It's FORCED that you have to migrate? WHYYYYYYYYYYYY?
Mojang accounts worked just. Fine. (i mean except for the fact that it has bad security)
And i agree with you that its better to tell the people "Please migrate now." instead of making them have to search for hours.

I assume you run on Win7?
You can do 2 things to get the launcher working:
1. You use Windows10 or
2. You migrate your Mojang account to microsoft, log in with that account and voilla, you can run the launcher again.
