I downloaded the new launcher from the Minecraft.net page, no errors occurred when downloading the launcher files, and the launcher is installed and is still accessible. (It did download) But every time I try and launch the launcher it gives me this error " Minecraft Launcher is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001 "
I am in fact signed into every Minecraft and Microsoft account connected to both windows 10 Minecraft and Java Minecraft. Both accounts show that they are linked to my personal outlook account. I have recently migrated my Java account from Mojang to Microsoft, although I don't think that is causing the problem.
Any help is appreciated.

if you use newer os like windows 10 or 11 try update your launcher
Hi Matthew Colwell. I am having the same exact issue. I'm not sure if Mojang has this on their radar but my buddy was able to overcome this by downloading the Windows 7/8 version. Maybe that will help you access the game until this issue is fixed.
