no clue if this is the right place to ask for help but here I go
So my happy self has been playing java for quite some time now. I was playing on my hardcore world two days ago. I load up the launcher today, and it has an update. update the launcher aaaand my java just disappeared. I have Two separate Microsoft accounts (previously one for windows, one for java), and neither of them show that I bought, or ever even owned Java. Funnily enough, both say I have bedrock when I only paid for it on one account. Id really love to not have to play Bedrock, any help is greatly appreciated.

Reinstalling it Didn't work at all unfortunately, thanks for trying though!
Yea, so I'm just incredibly dumb. After examining the photos I attached to this, I realized one said Mojang account, one said Microsoft. Logged into Mojang and there she is.
if you have migrated your account from mojang to microsoft you cannot login with your mojang account,
so i guess im stuck in limbo

install minecraft launer.exe from minecraft.net again i had this too but i tried deinstall and install and it worked if it work on your too enjoy it 🙂
