[MCL-20234] Log in with two/multiple microsoft accounts in windows app/launcher

The new Windows app doesn't let you sign in with two or more different Microsoft accounts like you did in the old launcher. If you click "See All Accounts" you can just click "Switch Account" and this will, as it says, only switch your account.
