[MCL-20308] Minecraft Launcher Is Blank On Windows 11

I just upgraded to windows 11 and I can't play Minecraft anymore as the launcher screen is blank,
there is no launcher_msa_crendentials.json file and I have reinstalled, deleted the .minecraft folder (I have a world backup) and reinstalled, restarted my computer and allowed admin access

(Everything In My .minecraft Folder is attached)

Please Help!
