The logo for the new minecraft launcher has dissappeared, and earlier, it would bring me to the microsoft store so I could get "Xbox gaming services" (which did nothing.)
I tried everything, even deleting it and redownloading it, but now it won't let me download it.
I play minecraft alot, so this is a big problem for me.

Does this issue still occurs to you on newest version of Launcher?
Have you tried to install Launcher from the minecraft.net website?

Try these steps in order, and stop following them if Minecraft starts working again:
Save and close all your open documents
Go to Start, click Power, and click Restart
Go to Start, and search minecraft like normal
Make sure it says Minecraft Launcher, not Minecraft (Window Store)
Go to https://www.minecraft.net/download/
Download and run the MSI file.
If the installer says Minecraft is already installed, click on Repair
Try opening the launcher again
Go to Start, click Settings, click Apps,
Search Minecraft Launcher in the list
Uninstall it
Run the MSI file you downloaded again
Try the launcher again
Copy %appdata%\.minecraft
Go to Start, type a letter and backspace it
Paste that location in the search box and press enter
Right-click on "launcher"
Hold shift and click Delete
Run the MSI file again
Try the launcher again
