When i click the microsoft minecraft launcher nothing happens, if i redownload it from [Download Minecraft | Minecraft |https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download] <--- this link i get a screen with Minecraft Launcher Installer on top middle of the screen and everything else is black. What i can do to fix it?

Having the same issue. Launcher opens to a black screen. Re-downloading the launcher also opens to a black screen.
