[MCL-20917] Other Player's Skins Not Showing

Essentially, whenever I join a server, I cannot see anybody else's skins; they are either a Steve or an Alex, seemingly at random. I do not know what it might be. I used to think it was something to do with settings, but I'm not so sure now.

Settings>Profile>Only Allow Trusted Skins. Make sure that is off.

Are you playing Bedrock Edition or Java Edition?
Does turning off the option to Only Allow Trusted Skins solve the issue for you?
