Migrating to Microsoft caused me to lose access to the game. It will only offer me the demo version. There is no access to servers or even a way to start from the beginning except in demo mode. I have lost access to all my worlds and the server I had set up on Shcokbyte. The migration failed completely.

Thanks, but that is not the issue. I have had this account for YEARS. There is no receipt. This was the Minecraft Windows edition. When I attempted to gain access to the account it forced me to migrate. Upon completing the migration I am left with only the demo version unless I buy a completely new copy of the game. I can't access any of my saves, I can't access my server. The only option is to play the demo version.
Community Support (# java-support) may have ideas on how to gain access to your account again. Multiplayer options must be allowed in your Privacy & Online Settings. MCL-19986 might help if your installations are missing.
