I have an active Xbox Game pass and must have Minecraft Java full version in it. I downloaded it about a week ago and played the full version the whole time. Today, having entered the launcher, I found that the full version was taken away from me and offered to play the demo version. I am logged into the CORRECT account and I am 100% SURE OF IT.
