whenever I go on the mc launcher it says "oh no something went wrong and we couldn't connect to the Minecraft services" and the play button says play offline but i can still play server and nothing goes wrong but i can't see fetch note, ...

Would you have used the MCL project for this report?

I didn't know they have that so how do i delete this issues?

I Changed the I.P. Addresses under “Use the following DNS server addresses" to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 at adapter settings and it works.
