Game went from Paid Full Version to DEMO after Updating

I have no mods installed, I paid for the FULL java version game through Microsoft, and this RECENT UPDATE for some reason downgraded me to Java DEMO 1.18.1???

It's happening again... An update has knocked me back down to the Demo again and this time won't fix itself no matter what I do. And thanks for guiding me to another user with the same problem which figured it out and made it CLEAR you guys are not gonna fix anything as per usual to almost all other games put out by Microsoft or other companies merged with them.

I bought the Java version in December... An update came out in January and knocked me down to Demo... I don't know what I did but I managed to fix it... Another update came out and again I am back at Demo version and this time I can't get it to recognize that I have the Full Version at all. No matter what I do. And I keep getting refered to other tickets where this issue has happened to other and RESOLVED is what they keep getting like me... BUT NOTHING IS RESOLVED!!! NOTHING IS FIXED ABOUT THIS...

I recommend you to create ticket with full information that is necessary to recreate the environment of the bug in our machines. We need launcher_log file, briefing information, reproduction steps, observed and expected results. Without these, we cannot reproduce the issue, we are unable to find the cause and help you.

Hi @unknown, sorry for the inconvenience. To clarify @unknown's question – we don't need you to recreate any environment, we just need a bit of information from your computer in order to understand how to test and potentially fix the issue on our end (it's difficult to fix a bug if we don't know what is causing it). If you're willing, here is the information we'd need to do this:

  • The launcher_log.txt file, which you can find by following the instructions in this webpage. You can attach it to this report.

  • Proper reproduction steps – what are you doing to see the issue? Are you just opening the launcher, or are you doing something more?

  • Complete issue details – how does the issue present itself to you? If possible, could you provide a screenshot of the problem you're experiencing?
