Play button sometimes flashes on MCPE, MCD and MCLG tabs

If you drag down on the scroll bar slowly on the Minecraft for Windows, Mincraft Dungeons or Minecraft Legends tabs of the Launcher, when you get to the point, just before the play button moves to the top right hand corner the play button stays flashing on the screen.
