"Play" button for Minecraft for Windows flashes when scrolling the page until it is perfectly at the top of the page, right under the "Play-Preview-FAQ-Installation-Changelogs" banner.
This seems to happen only on Bedrock page, not Java or something else.
EDIT : This graphical bug seems to happen only when the "animate play button" setting is on.

Jess Edward - Yes it flickers very fast I think the FPS of the recording is not the same as the real one. I tried to record a video too in the first place but the effect was similar to what you got so I didn't post it.
I can confirm this behavior as well and attached another video showcasing the issue; perhaps it's easier to see here.
