Game not loading

Hello, I'm having problems with Minecraft dungeons installing and playing on the Windows 10. I tried everything to refix the problem, by checking all of my settings and even had to restart my computer several times. i even did following steps on what people told me to do and i did those followings and all of those options i said are no good. I did a installing test on my console w=version and it worked. idk if Windows isn't compatible with this game cause i bought this game for like 2 years ago. I also know the answer is downloading the game onto the Minecraft launcher, but when i click install it still isn't letting click play button and even when i went into installations on the launcher, it doesn't show me a repair option to fix it. it only shows the install button not clickable to install. i don't have actual proof to show ya cause I'm replying on computer and not on phone

If any questions. please let me know

-Austin

P.s. i didn't had this issue before and i can wait longer and longer and longer until its refix. Plus idk if its only me that's causing it to not load

The one on the left is the Minecraft launcher to install and play the game, (Recommend by default), The one on the right is the Xbox installation and playing the game

Hi there! Could you follow up these steps and check if that works for you?
Reinstall the Gaming Services app on your Windows 10/11 device:

  1. Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

  2. In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

  3. get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

  4. In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

  5. start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

  6. Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

  7. Restart your device

  8. Go to Microsoft Store

  9. Click the ... in the top right corner and click My Library

  10. Go to the Gaming Services page and click get

  11. Repeat for Microsoft Store, Xbox Live in-game experience, Xbox Game Bar, Microsoft Store, and the Xbox Game Bar,

  12. Restart your PC then navigate to %appdata% and delete your .minecraft folder after backing up your worlds and screenshots etc... to another folder.

  13. Try to go install the Minecraft Launcher from Microsoft Store

  14. Try to install Minecraft Dungeons from the MS Store.

This ticket will automatically reopen when you reply.

I can try, but I'll probably do it tonight and see the approval step by step follow up
