You can also just try again to download/install directly from the above link
Ensure your antivirus isn't preventing installation: You could try to disable antivirus and try to reinstall; if it works, that was the problem.
Run Windows Troubleshooter to get more information & fix most common causes of this:
Press Windows key and I key together to open Settings.
Then choose Update & Security.
Click Troubleshoot.
The scroll down to find Windows Store App.
Click Run the troubleshooter to continue.
The troubleshooter will begin to check for problems on your computer and fix them. When it is finished, reboot your computer and retry to see whether the error code 0x80131500 is addressed.
