Report for launcher version 2.3.115
When choosing to open logs on launch in Minecraft, the info/debug/warn options are glitched and do not work unless checked.

I have no idea what the beta version of the launcher is

No, but the launcher updated right before it occurred

Open launcher -> Settings ->Open output log when Minecraft: Java Edition starts -> Minecraft: Java Edition -> Play -> Logs window and you will get the result

Firstly, could you upload a launcher_log file?
Secondly, please uninstall the launcher and delete .minecraft folder (copying it elsewhere beforehand), then reinstall it again
After installation, if this issue still occurs, please go to settings general, and select "Use beta version of the Launcher", restart Launcher.
Finally, if this issue still occurs, could you please record a video of this issue?
