Minecraft Launcher Not Working Properly

Em primeiro lugar, desculpe pelo meu tradutor do google inglês, sou brasileiro. E estou com o mesmo problema, pois depois que transferi minha conta para a microsoft, meu Minecraft Launcher não abriu mais. Já verifiquei se o problema não é meu computador, vi vários tutoriais para corrigir, e nenhum deles funcionou

I still have that problem, the load is bugged with some squares at the bottom

Does any error appear during the login proccess?
Does this issue occurs on older version of the Launcher (windows 7/8 version on minecraft.net) ?
Are you logged in with the same account on MS store/Xbox app/Launcher?
Also please provide video of said issue.
