[MCL-2143] Why is my Minecraft taking soo long to load ?

My minecraft keep saying loading profiles at the bottom and on the right it says Welcome Guess ! Please Log in. Loading Versions ... and it takes forever even for like 5 hrs ... please help 😞

Unable to reproduce in Minecraft Launcher 1.3.8.

Please attach the complete output of the "Development console" which can be found on the second tab of the launcher.
If the launcher closes after game start, please edit your profile and select "Launcher visibility" then, "Keep the launcher open".

Please add some information about your system (Operating system, Java version) under Environment.

My Minecraft launcher is also doing the same thing - 'loading profiles', 'welcome guest' etc where these were previously prepopulated and I was able to log in.

Make sure you have Minecraft Launcher 1.3.9. Then try to reproduce. If you still have a problem, delete the .minecraft/bin folder and try playing again.
