"Your device does not support WebGL", but it was working fine before?

I have a few questions:

Does this issue occur on the newest version of the Launcher or on the older one (Windows 7/8 version)?
Do you have newest Chrome browser and chromium installed?
Do you have https://get.webgl.org/ installed?
Please also reinstall your graphic cards drivers and Java.
Please also update your Windows (check for updates regardless)

I’ve downloaded chrome, reinstalled my nvidia drivers and java,updated my windows but nothing happens, it still has the same problem
