[MCL-21480] Minecraft launcher sometimes shows message for Restart Launcher due to Mojang Services

Sometimes when I restart my launcher it shows a message saying either I'm offline or a message due to Account Information even though I'm online.

Cant play online even though im online

Mojang please fix your launcher cause its very buggy still even after many launcher updates.

im having it too had tried reinstalling updating removing all extra programs and still no change
