"Sorry! We were unable to get your account information" error presenting after trying to login

I've had the same issues but with MacOs Big Sur + The link to help me resolve this issue was for Linux issues ([this|https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/4408668374925-Secure-Token-Storage-Failure-on-Linux]).

Yeah, I get the same error messages. A red error message on top right of launcher tells me to restart Launcher, which I've tried numerous times now.

And also two error messages in grey.

First one says couldn't connect to Minecraft services, which I'm used to seeing if my Internet is having a bad-hair-day, so I usually just need to click Try again and it goes through the motions of checking that I have a connection.

Second grey error message says you will not be logged in automatically next session, View troubleshooting here. This link takes me through to a Linux solution for secure token issue. Shake my head. No This Is NOT The Issue. Windows 10 is my current OS. and 10.0 2.2.11696 is in my current version of Minecraft Launcher.

I have the same problem. But it happens when I download modified versions.

I've renamed this report to better reflect the issue at hand and for now I'm going to hold off resolving this as a dupe of 20216 as it may be a seperate issue.

• Does this issue still occurs to you on newest version of Launcher? 

• Have you tried to install Launcher from the minecraft.net website? 

• Are you logged in in both Xbox app, MS store, and Launcher with the same MS account? 

• Is your Windows and associated apps (Xbox app, MS store) up-to-date? 

• Have you tried to re-registering MS store as written here ? 

• Do you use VPN or any of the incompatible software on machine you try to log-in?  

• Could you provide us with more in-depth repro steps?

I've had this problem for about 2 month now, its really annoying since I can only play the demo version.
I tried reinstalling the launcher, using different versions, reinstalling windows, using a vpn but none of them work.
Please, please fix it

edit: my problem begun on the 10th of april

I couldnt download from the microsoft store

after checking the support website I tried connecting to the websites they instructed me to in order to check what was working. I added my screenshots to the attachments.

I have several problem. Here is my logs from minecraft-launcher

System: Manjaro, secret-manager: keepassxc, but I think, problems with token fields.

(I think, problems are with server side, because it try to decode several fields from JWT token)
