When trying to start MC 1.19 o keep getting a message saying that,

and I have not found a solution, other issues with forge.

Could you answer few questions regarding this issue, it will help with the investigation:
Does this issue occur on vanilla version of the Launcher?
Does this issue occur on newest version of the Launcher?
Have you tried to install older version of the Launcher from the minecraft.net website (Windows 7/8 version)?
Are you logged in in both Xbox app, MS store, and Launcher with the same MS account?
Have you tried reinstalling/upgrading/downgrading JDK java?
Is your Windows and associated apps (Xbox app, MS store) up-to-date (check for updates regardless)?
Have you tried deleting .minecraft folder after uninstalling the Launcher? (please copy your .minecraft folder content elsewhere before deletion)
Do you have enough free space on your disc drive?
Do you use VPN or any of the incompatible software on machine you try to log-in?
