I have Java Edition installed already, but when I try to Install Minecraft for Windows, It doesn't respond, It just gray's out the install button, and turns it to play.
I have checked for updates, uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher three times trying to solve this issue, I have also tried removing extra programs such as old games from my pc, checked for windows updates. I tried installing directly from the microsoft store, as well as from the launcher, nothing seems to be working.

I do not know how to open/attach the launcher_log.txt file, or where to find it, but I am logged into both the xbox app, ms store and launcher all with the same account.
I tried signing out and into all of the windows apps, along with a restart of my pc after.
All of my apps appear to be up to date, and I clicked the links that you have sent, I already had the Xbox Identity Provider, and it is signed into my microsoft account as well.
I do not use a VPN at all, an the other pc's in our house have downloaded the game fine.
I have tried re-installing the launcher, and it also, does not work. I have tried Installing directly from the microsoft store with no luck, although I own the game, which it states, when I try to click install, nothing happens at all.

Cancel your installation from the Launcher if you can. If you can't, just close the Launcher and go to the next step.
Go to the Microsoft Store application (https://aka.ms/MSStoreHome) - and go to Library and be sure you've cancelled all/any other installation attempts for this application. Please also check if the installation process has started on Xbox app.
You must install it on the C drive, so then you can navigate back to it (https://aka.ms/JavaBedrockEdition ) and click through to Bedrock or just click Install there and it should install Bedrock successfully via the Store.
Please also install Xbox identity provider and Xbox companion, and if you already have them, please update them in MS store.

Have you tried signing out of all your Windows Apps, and the signing in again?
Is your Windows and associated apps (Xbox app, MS store) up-to-date?
