[MCL-22019] Lancher cannot update in China

After using proxy to finish update, It need to update every time I start up laucher when proxy is closed and always get stucked.

Hi!

Did you try to reinstall the Launcher?
Have you tried reinstalling the Launcher, but deleting .minecraft folder beforehand (copy it elsewhere before deleting)
Have you tried opening it while offline?
Are you signed in on all xbox and windows apps with the same account?
Please update your Windows. (Check for updates regardless).
