Can't get Bedrock edition back

So, I wanted to play minecraft with my brothers on bedrock but theirs updated automatically. I assumed I just had to uninstall then reinstall to update windows 10 edition. I uninstalled it, then, I could not get it back. I keep clicking install but it never really installs again. Instead, the install button and the play button become unable to be pressed for hours on end until I close the Launcher and open it back up, which brings the install button back.
